HOW MUCH WILL MY DELIVERY COST?

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Most of the goods we sell are heavy and bulky and this necessarily impacts on delivery times, particularly overseas.

Customers in the UK - We use courier services provided by Interlink or Seabourne Group. They normally provide a 48 hour delivery service, except weekends. We do, however, ask customers to allow up to ten working days before lodging an enquiry about non receipt of goods

Customers in the European Union – For all countries which are members of the European Union, we also use courier services provided by Interlink or Seabourne Group. who can offer our customers an express trackable delivery service . A delivery time of about seven working days is to be expected. Problems or enquiries should be referred to Simon at customerservice@britboot.co.uk

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE EVENT OF NON RECEIPT OF GOODS?

It is very unusual for goods not to reach their destination. However, in the unlikely event of non receipt or general enquiries concerning delivery issues, customers should contact Customer Services at customerservice@britboot.co.uk.

Customers’ money is guaranteed by PayPal. Full refunds are issued if goods go astray in transit.
 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund. Items returned must be in resalable condition.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
